You have the right to delete your Otis Edge account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do this. This page explains both.
This is the fastest way, and it doesn't require contacting us.
Your account is disabled the moment you confirm. You'll be signed out on every device, and push notifications will stop.
Use this option if you no longer have access to the app or can't sign in. Email privacy@otisedge.com from the email address you used to register, and include:
Sending from your registered email lets us verify the request belongs to you. We typically reply within one business day.

I am requesting deletion of my Otis Edge account and associated personal data.

Deletion follows a 30-day grace period, so you can change your mind.
Once the 30-day grace period ends, we permanently delete:
Some records must be kept to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Where retention is required, the data is locked from further use and deleted once the retention period ends. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you may also be retained.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Deleting your Otis Edge account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google, and we cannot cancel those subscriptions on your behalf.
