The rest is extra.
I’m not saying explanation is bad. A short reason helps people learn. But when you bury a simple bet under paragraphs of stats nobody asked for, you’re not educating you’re showing off. And that turns people off.

Because at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. The scoreboard doesn’t care how pretty your explanation was. It only cares if you were right.
